My home track is very penal, so there are any number of holes I can detail for a thread like this...   With that said, this is one of the signature golf holes.

#15.......572-592yd par 5 that plays down a ribbon of fairway with a massive ravine bisecting the hole.  The teeing area is out of frame to the left.  There is nowhere to bail on this hole.....

If I can hit a nice drive in the fairway and a near perfectly straight 5-wood crossing the ravine to the narrow ribbon of right-fairway short of the green.......I can wedge on and make an easy birdie.   LOL.....lots of IFS!!!    The green slopes into the canyon so it's possible to hit the green and spin the ball off into the canyon.  Missing the green to the right onto the hill is no bargain either......good luck hitting the green from topside!!   My recommendation for playing this hole ........"Bring extra balls". The only way to play this golf hole is to "MAN UP" and play two long straight shots....and then you'll be rewarded with a wedge into the green with a look at birdie.

My best friend is a member at Baltimore Country Club at Five Farms - The 2nd hole on the East Course, although only 440 yards has OB left the entire length of the hole and any bailout of a drive to the right, leaves you in the heavy rough with the green blocked by very tall trees. Then the green sits up from the fairway, so that any shot short rolls back down the hill and the green is extremely sloped from back to front and any shot long is extremely difficult.  This hole gives me fits every time.  A par on this hole feels like a birdie.
