I don't have much to say about #3 & #4, but if they can find a way to improve the handicap system to eliminate cheating and speed up play, that'd be awesome. Obviously, if either #1 or #2 happened, the golf world would be in a frenzy. Heck, if Rory simply wins the Masters this year, the golf world would be in a frenzy.
