Do you keep your headcovers on during a round taking the cart?

I usually take my headcovers off as I need them during the round and they don't go back on until the end of the round. Often times though when they're all off they clunk around as the golf cart moves. I hate that noise so I think I'm gunna start putting my headcovers back on after I use each club (except for the driver maybe, which I use so often).

I keep mine on constantly. After each shot, wipe the club and replace the cover. It only takes seconds, and I do it unobtrusively while someone else is getting ready, walking to their ball etc. If we have to ride from one ball to the next, I might wait to replace the club till we get where we are going and put it up while my playing partner is getting ready to hit.
