Tim Ferriss, whose claim to fame is a popular book, The 4-Hour Workweek (never read it)  and a VC, has a show called The Tim Ferriss Experiment, where he cram learns a skill in a week - poker, parkour, Tagalog, drum playing, etc... I watched the one on golf, naturally. If you're thinking of watching it, it's a little disappointing.

Sort of an anti-Dan Plan, his goal was to par a hole after 1 week of instruction. Terry Rowles was the instructor, so I finally got to see who is the guy behind the YT channel. Didn't really learn much from the lesson tee, Rowles is similar in speaking style to James Ridyard, a UK instructor, low volume and can't make out some of what he says, but if you've been playing awhile, you've pretty much heard much of what Rowles had to say because Ferriss is a rank beginner.  He uses a Trackman and video.

There's an extra segment where Rowles talks to James Hahn and another pro I never heard of, they're both his students I guess. Again, they talk about their own feels and Hahn goes into how he measures distance w/o a laser by sizing up the flagstick.

Overall, it's an okay watch, Ferriss manages a par on a medium length par 3 and you get to see Rowle's teaching style. Unfair rating because a show with a 5-10 handicap would have been the more interesting one to me rather than a novice.
