How do you warm up?

I'm retired and my group plays early during the week. I usually get there early enough to ride to the 9th tee and play the hole in as my warm up. Lot's of courses wouldn't allow you to do that but I've been a member forever and our rules are pretty relaxed. Obviously I wouldn't do that if a group was coming up to play the hole. Lot's of days I simply putt a few and do some stretching as my warm up.

I wake up warmed up when it comes to golf. This morning at 9am when I walked out side it was already 90*F. 105*F when we walked off the 18th. In reality, before a round, time permitting, I will swing a 7i,, and give the practice greens a visit. One thing is for sure. When I do warm up, the last club I warm up with will be what ever club I am using on the first tee.
