Care for synthetic golf shoes?

What do you do to protect the uppers of synthetic golf shoes from water and wear?  I just got my wife two pair of Adidas Adicross IV golf shoes and would like to help extend their life.  I've used mink oil on leather shoes but I don't think that would work on synthetic uppers.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I don't know the answer. My guess would be just keep them wiped down after use, not sure there's any special way to care for them otherwise

      Wow that was disingenuous. Like, let’s ignore that golfers actually rotate. It isn’t all side bend. Has incorrect or excessive side bend hurt golfers sure. In no way are golfers taught to just fling their hips towards the target. To basically claim it’s him versus this evil golf instruction industry is just disingenuous.

      I'm starting to move with some speed and confidence. Carried the fairway bunker 225 yards out on the 17th yesterday fairly comfortably. I don't think it was a one off drive either. Pretty much back to game speed. On another note it doesn't seem like my pelvis is nearly as thrusty compared to a this time last year. I hope I'm judging that correctly. It's an ongoing battle.
