If the USGA has established limits at 460cc and for the height and length of the the club....what do everyone here think about the future of drivers?

What does everyone here think regarding the marginal gain in yardage in the future as drivers are now commonly bumped against the limits.... Will there be quantum innovations that will create huge benefit for golfers?

I think we're just about at the end*. I think the biggest advances to be made will be in the realm of fitting.

* I say that with broad specifications. I mean, we may see some more funny shapes, some more exotic materials, etc. - but clubs do just about all they can these days. I don't think we're going to see something that's going to give everyone 10 yards for free or anything like we got when we switched from persimmon to metal or anything, or steel to graphite (at some point, lighter != better).

Yes and no, this is the end. This is the end in the sense that it is as far as titanium drivers with 460cc clubheads will occur, and will remain the same for a number of years until there's some new sort of breakthrough and the revolutionizing will occur all over again. Using persimmon as an example, it reigned supreme for many years and then within a few years if you had a bunch of 'em you went from a lot of backup drivers to a museum.

Some guy 200 years from now is going to look at today's club and be like "Back then they played with those ?"
"Shouldn't you be going faster? I mean, you're doing 40 in a 65..."
