My Member Review

This is the second putting aim trainer that I am reviewing.  I received both this product and "The Navigator" within days of each other.  My initial thought was that I was not going to like this one as much as the other, but that turned out not to be true.

I visited the product website (which I feel could use a lot of work to be made more professional) and reviewed the benefits claimed.

  • Aligns putter face to target line
  • Places golfers eyes over the ball
  • Golfer will see if they are pushing or pulling the putts
  • Immediate visual feedback as to where the putter is facing at impact
  • Smooth stroke
  • Prevents deceleration through the putting stroke
  • Player will improve lie of putter with both toe flat to the putting surface
  • REDUCE YOUR SCORES AND HANDICAP
  • #MAKEMOREPUTTS
  • Easy to attach to the putter.
  • For right and left handers.
  • Fits in your bag and pocket!
  • Lightweight and adjustable.
  • Ready to use straight out of the package with immediate results
  • Produces repeatable stroke, time after time!
  • Simple, sleek and shot saving device!
  • Great for golfers of all ages and skills who want to improve their game.

The product is very simple, comes in a simple clam shell package that can also be used for storage.  It appears flimsy at first but is made of a certain type of plastic that is supposedly very durable.  I found this to be true in my use, I store it in the trunk of my car and throw it in my bag when I know I'll be doing putting practice.

The product clips onto the shaft in seconds and the pointer can be moved anywhere along the post which is not obvious at first glance.  There are no instructions that come with it so some of these features/uses had to be figured out by the reviewers or via communication with the business owner.

This product success in alignment help, especially on putts within 8-10 feet.  For longer putts it will only be effective to hit your initial line mark, which is equally as useful.

For the price ($9.99), this product is a good value, small enough to not worry about keeping in your bag and add value to putting practice.   I usually get asked at least once per session when using it on the practice greens,

I appreciate the opportunity to review Train Your Aim and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for this type of aid.

Thank you for the review.  I always appreciate someone taking the time to review 'Train Your Aim' and provide feedback.  It is a simple device, especially in a day and age when things are getting more and more technical, and can and will help all golfers of all levels.

Many, many thanks, for your thoughts!

David

    • I had a few tweeks in the bag. I took out my Mizuno pro FliHi 3 iron replaced it with a Titleist GT2 7 Wood. what a change that is, so easy to hit, it goes so high without it ballooning on me. I couldn't get rid of my callaway woods ( Rogue ST Max LS ) but changed the shafts to Diamana BB 63 stiff for the driver and 73 stiff for the 3 wood. Than i got myself a new putter Odyssey S2S jailbird yes i joined the centershaft family
    • First off all i think you should use the same ball all the time. We all strive for consistency on the course, the only factor you can be sure it will be always the same is your ball if you always use the same. So i think we should always use the same. I recently switched from Titleist Pro V1x to Srixon Z-Star Diamond because it i get a bit softer feel around the greens and same results on driver and irons
