I've been trying to reduce excessive knee dipping in my backswing for about 12 years. 

Any ideas tips would be appreciated.

You need to read this.

That curve in your spine at address is limiting your hips ability to turn. The knees are probably moving to make up for the lack of mobility in your hips.
