Hands Tracing a Circle

Ive always been troubled by having too many swing thoughts  . My last two rounds last year I played alone .  After I set up ,I tried  to keep my nose at the ball  and visualize my hands going back  and up , along a hula hoop , and coming back down ,  following the same path .I never struck my irons so crisply and solid .   Will see in a few weeks when I hopefully play my first rounds .
