Really poor camera angle for a proper swing analysis but there is a definite "flip" move with the hands heading into impact. Reading these threads can help you get an idea of what you need to do.

A down the line or face on view is fine.(ideally you'll have both) The problem with your video is the camera is cocked at an angle and not directly face on.
