How much pressure should one feel on the outside (left side to back) of the left knee at the top of the backswing?

I noticed if I keep a lot of pressure, it's far easier to make my shoulder plane really steep.  The static picture looks like a good top of the backswing position . .but I'm wondering if that's a wrong idea.  Obviously, too much pressure could easily result in injury.

If you get to the top of the backswing and are coiled up - you can feel a tight coil through your core . .what is your left knee feeling?

Thanks in advance!

Depends on the golfer and how that relates to what needs to be done to get a good center pivot turn.
