So I just borrowed from a friend a 10 year old Taylormade Burner Driver with RE*AX SuperFast TP 50 by Fujikura (Stiff) and love the feel of the shaft.
I tried looking up something similar but am unable to find a shaft that is 50g (very light) and with low Torque (3.4).
It feels like when i hit with this shaft the head comes in very late until the very last moment and then the lower part of the shaft flexes back and nails the ball.

Here is the numbers from the Taylormade official Site:

Flex, Torque, Tipsize, Butt Diameter, Shaftweight, Grip, Grip Weight, Swing Weight

S 3.4˚ .335" .600" 50 g TV Lite 44 g D6

The grip had been modified to golfpride multicompound so that part isnt the same.

I know the "feel" of the shaft cannot be necessarily correlated back to the Numbers, but wanted to ask if Anyone can suggest me a shaft that is very close to this feeling?
or if anyone had been using this driver/shaft and have upgraded to something else similar and loving it?

I usually hit around 250 and occasionally longer with my current SLDR + ALdilla RIP phenom 70 S. but with the Burner and the reax shaft it looks like  im hitting 15yards longer.

For starters, get on a launch monitor and compare the Burner/RE*AX and the SLDR/RIP drivers. See what the numbers say. Before spending the $$, make sure you actually hit the Burner longer.

As for light, low torque shafts, the closest 2016 item was this:

  • Aldila NV.55..  S / 3.9* torque / .335 tip / .620 butt dia / 57 gram / (note rather thick butt)

I would talk to a decent clubsmith about this, get ideas from experts.

BTW, what loft setting are you using on the SLDR? Posters from other sites said the SLDR head worked best when set a degree or two higher than their loft with other drivers.  Might be a way to pick up yards. // And, there's no guarantee the light, low-torque shaft would give you the Burner distance if put in a SLDR head.

Reconsiderations on earlier post: The Burner/RE*AX shaft, the 50-gram one, has a .335 tip in it. Driver and FW shafts were transitioning from the .350 to the .335 tip at the time as lighter weight graphites came market.

Note that the Burner SuperFast 2.0 and the R11 drivers had variants with the.350 slightly thicker tip. Also, some variants of the SLDR returned to .350 tips to increase stability. Here are the specs for R11 and SuperFast 2.0 ...

So, be aware that tip thickness can influence shaft dynamics also.

Final point: Do you want a shaft that will mimic the RE*AX, or do you want a shaft that will increase your driver performance? These two wants are not the same.

(Note: Edit made to clarify text on tip changes.)

Thanks for your the very detailed, professional response. I went back and adjusted the loft of the SLDR from 10  loft to 11.5degrees but the Golf Range I go to always has a rather strong head wind so the higher the ball goes up the shorter it seems to go..

so i still need to get on a launch monitor to check if I really am hitting the burner longer or not.

I went ahead and ordered the Aldila NV55 shaft as it was fairly affordable on Ebay. I can always sell it for little less if I dont like it..

Thank you for the recommendations again.

    • Is it? I bought the Stack radar to replace my PRGR based on what Stack told me! When I am swinging for speed, the PRGR would miss 50%-80% of my backswings due to a higher speed. The stack seldom misses those- at least for me.
    • As an analyst by nature, I would like to compare the scores under both systems. It is something we can easily do if we have the data. I actually thought the new system was less fair to those whose game was on the decline - like mine! Old: Best 10 of last 20 scores with the .96 multiplier. Course handicap excluded course rating and overall par. New: Best 8/20. Course handicap includes course rating -par. My understanding is Stableford caps scores at Net double bogey like stroke play. If so, handicap should be slower to rise because you are only using 8 versus 10 scores. If I am missing something, I am curious enough to  want to understand what that may be. My home course tees that I play are 72.1/154 now. My best score out here is 82. When my game started to decline, my handicap didn’t budge for 13 rounds because of good scores in my first 8! I know I am an anomaly but my handicap has increased almost 80% in the past few years (with only a few rounds this year). For a few months I knew I was losing every bet because my game was nowhere near my handicap. I suspect I have steamrolled a few nuances but that shouldn’t matter much. When I have modeled this with someone playing the same tees and course, one good round, or return to form, will immediately reduce the handicap by some amount.
