So lately I have been hitting my driver allllll over the place. And noticed my grip was moving figured it was the grip it self. Well that isn't the case.  Found out that the shaft is moving on the head! Most of my shots are in the middle of the driver which was so wierd to me I have a fairly nice swing (swing coach told me that) and I tried to move the grip and I herd a POP and the whole shaft moved on the head just a little bit. And I sharpied the head to shaft and grip to shaft yes it was the head to shaft moving with a little force (Or the force of a swing hitting a ball).  Got it from budget golf in April I think.  So I finished off my round with a 4hybrid I have in my bag and managed to bomb a few 244 yard drives off the grass no tee.  On a 516y par 5 made my second birdie after 2 4hybris shots and a 50 yard pitch to a 10'put.  Then 2 pars and a bogey the holes after.

anyone else have any problems with your edge like I have.

Or is it because it came from budget golf and I think they buy blemished or mis printed stuff?

can it be fixed even tho it isn't an adjustable driver?

Thanks guys and gals

You got lucky! The epoxy failure involved a shaft loosening that had a hosel bead which kept the head from flying off. When I first noticed trouble with my irons, the 7i head flew about 50 yds. down the fairway after I hit a shot. I was thankful no one was in front of me who might have gotten hit.

Over the winter, I had a 4, 5, 7, and 9 iron which needed to have the epoxy redone. (The set previously had been reshafted).

I don't know what Tour Edge will say, but give them a call. They guarantee the club as long as you own it. (I don't know if that applies to second-hand clubs or not).

When you get the shaft re-set, see if the shop will use the 24-hour cure exoxy. It will withstand higher head without breaking the seal.

Focus, connect and follow through!

John, I do believe this falls under the warranty if he registered it.

Budget Golf sells new clubs.... And if it's TE it's typically from the manufacturer.

@Gfleck067 Did you register your driver? If you didn't you might as well take it to your local shop. If you did call Tour Edge and get an RA# I think they pay shipping both ways I'm not sure.

No I this was my first driver I really ever bough. My old clubs had a driver in the set and used that.  I wasn't Informed about registering or any type of warranty when I purchased it.  I did buy it new and I will try to contact tour  edge and see what can be done.

Thank you for the insight

    • Thanks but honestly… I don't know any other way. I don't mind being wrong so long as I know where to go from there. I don't like being wrong — I'd love to get things right (which is different than "being right"). I recommend grabbing a furniture slider or a paper plate or something, and doing something like this: First, make a swing where you let your trail foot swing out as you turn, then twist that foot back in. From DL and FO, it'll look like this: Then, during a regular backswing, try to twist your foot in slightly (demonstrated in the left image): You'll notice a crease along the trail side of your hip, your pelvis will "fold" into that thigh (internal rotation of the hip joint), and your "bits" will be squished a little between your pelvis and your thigh. Ben Hogan said once: "At the top of the back swing the groin muscle on the inside of your rt [sic] leg near your right nut will tighten," Hogan wrote. "This subtle feeling of tightness there tells you that you have made the correct move back from the ball." I don't know about that, but you will probably feel something down around that area.
    • Yep. I think it will start to feel even more athletic when we start on the downswing stuff later.  I know, it's just I want to be younger so I have more time to enjoy the changes. 🙂
    • I need to drop a couple of stone. 🙂 😛    Yep. Yeah, but in the end, it feels more athletic, like you're actually using your legs, yeah? As you know… we use the best available info we have. Like others, I was fooled a little by 2D images for awhile (moving or still). Unlike others, I've learned and grown and moved on since then, while they're still looking at their images (often from lousy camera angles).
