The piece is also more a long form "web" piece, w/videos and interactive tables interspersed. Now that one of the brothers qualified for The Tour, they're more than a trick shot duo, at least one of them is.

My mistake, Wesley Bryan got his Web.com Tour card last year, he's currently trying to get his PGA Tour card in the web.com finals. I mistakenly thought he already qualified for the PGA Tour.

You had it right the first time. He already secured his PGA Tour for next season when he earned his "battlefield promotion" for winning three times on the Web.com Tour this season. He's playing in the finals series because he'd otherwise have two months off from tournament golf.

In my UnderArmour Links stand bag...

Driver: '07 Burner 9.5° (stiff graphite shaft)
Woods: SasQuatch 17° 4-Wood (stiff graphite shaft)
Hybrid: 4DX Ironwood 20° (stiff graphite shaft)Irons/Wedges: Apex Edge 3-PW, GW, SW (stiff shaft); Carnoustie 60° LWPutter: Rossa AGSI+ Corzina...

This was interesting, but a lot of these long-form pieces seem to really stretch for words sometimes, to the point where it's actually distracting.

Example:

The 8-foot-high ceilings and small windows make it feel even tinier, while the brick walls exaggerate the outdoor temperature.

Maybe I'm being pedantic, but that's ridiculous. Brick walls have the exact opposite effect ("thermal mass").

It's not that getting this wrong is a big deal, but it seems like a lot of these pieces incorporate stuff like this, and it always feels like an attempt to stretch the word count.

OK, rant over.

My bad. Thanks. So he and DeChambeau both keeping tournament sharp and bowling for dollars.
