I have been following this program for about the last five months. I am very pleased that it incorporates several rotary type exercises. There are 4 foundation phases that you you should go through before you get to the main program. They are  Break-In, Muscle-Base, Strength-Base, and Power-Base. I am in the power phase now and there are several exercise in this phase that I see will benefit my golf game.

I do this program in my home garage gym. I have a power rack with a high and low pulley. An Olympic barbell and dumbbells. Medicine balls, a couple kettle bells and rubber bands. There have only been a couple exercises that I could not do with my set up. I just substituted another exercise from the book for the same body part that I had the equipment to do. A really helpful feature of this book is that he references the page numbers of where to find the exercise from the workout charts. His explanations of how to perform the exercise are very detailed.

A program designed by Nick is also for free on Bodybuilding.com called True Muscle. I did that for some time before getting this book.

Nick Tumminello is known as the coaches coach. He has put a lot of research and experience into this book.

Check it out,
Doug
