Jason Day holds the top spot, ~42 SG, his major win and the next tournament. Person you might not expect to see on the list besting Thomas: Carl Pettersson. Players seem to light it up in the PGA and The Open.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

You'd think Thomas would be up there, but I expedt it's a reflection of how 'soft' the courses were playing in Hawaii with the wind way down vs. prior years.

Thomas played great, but the field as a whole also did really well. Remember the multiple 59 watches and low 60's scores? His score RTP was great and his aggregate score was historic, but not his strokes gained relative to the field.

The best players are usually able to put a bigger gap between themselves and the field on tough tracks. Interesting that Rors is on that list 3 times.
