its hard to practice my short game with snow on the ground :( Plus there are always some kinks that need to be worked out, mainly I want to use the camera to help get my swing back to where it was before the snow fell...its hard hitting th eball the same after 3 months of winter.

That's fine, then. I just wanted to make sure you didn't fall for the trap of thinking a perfect swing is necessary to play well. I figured by your handicap, you probably knew it already, but it was worth double-checking.

Working out my legs really makes me want to do this more...I have gone the last 2 nights, first night I worked my shoulders back biceps, triceps and some chest, that hurt really really bad, then tonight i did 20 minutes on something like a stairmaster but the things rotate instead of going up and down and then i did some leg presses and a few other things. Working out your legs, you feel the burn right away and that is what I love, because I know its working...thanks for all of your input and ill probably keep posting useless stuff on this thread lol.

One other thing I need some help on, what are some other exercises other than crunches that will help me work my abs?

Well It's been almost a week now of working out and I have notice my cardio has increased quite a bit already, I ran for 1.2 miles on the treadmill yesterday and another mile today, for me that is huge b/c I would run for 2 minutes and be tired before...Thanks for all of your advice again.
