Interesting concept, and I can see the advantage of being able to reconfigure for cart vs. walk vs. pushcart, etc.

I wonder how they look in person.

I think that by necessity these bags will be two of the three:

• heavier
• less durable
• more costly

You can't have a bunch of straps and attachments while weighing the same, and if you do make things weigh the same you're either sacrificing quality/durability or you're adding to the cost with super materials.

It's an interesting idea, but… I would imagine most people wouldn't "re-configure" their bag. I wonder, too, if you can get a cart and a push cart bag for $400 ($200 each), if this is $300-$350, if it's really worth the savings. Especially since two bags will ostensibly last twice as long as one bag used for both types of things.
