For the past 10 days I was in Texas with my wife.  A little business and a bit of visiting our families.  I played  a few courses in San Antonio and the Austin area.  I have always liked Cedar Creek because of its "blue collar" muni golf heritage, the elevation changes, the cost ($35 for 18 with a cart) and the overall ambiance.

Here is a little something that some might find interesting, amusing or boring.  The one great attribute of this video is it is short.

That's a big wall !

I travel to San Antonio quite a bit. I often have a hard time finding a range, and so it's the first and only place I've ever used TopGolf.

How far is this place from downtown San Antonio?

I use old Taylor Made clubs from eBay and golf shops.

It is sort of north of the central city.  Near La Cantera resort, Sea World and/or Six Flags Fiesta amusement park.  Off the 1604 Loop.

I had a cousin who used to live in SA, we would play Pecan Valley every time I was there - nice track, too bad it closed.

Always had a blast in the Alamo city.
