I've been Playing Golf for: 8 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 30+
My typical ball flight is: draw
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: early release

Here is what I see. 

1. You have that ball way too far back in your stance. You can see yourself adjusting to it by shifting laterally away from the target before you even start to turn

2. You then continue to shift away from the target and you stand up to gain length in the swing versus turning correctly. You can see how you flat your shoulders are and how much your head goes up and back.

Here are two videos on how to make a more centered pivot golf swing. Basically you need to figure out a way to steepen your shoulder turn, and not shift away from the target as much.
