I've been Playing Golf for: 8 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 76
My typical ball flight is: cuts
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: overcut 

Used to work with a stack and tilt instructor until 2 years ago and due to logistics not able to see one anymore. Biggest thing I'm curious about is my head tilting left and towards target in backswing. Could this be messing up my tilts and causing some of the overcuts I'm hitting?

Yes.

You also go shallow to steep in the downswing. It's one of the later shifts I've seen, but look at the exit - it's low and thus left.

If you have a phone from the last five years, it'll probably record slow-motion video, which is quite helpful for seeing frames 30 FPS video misses.
