It may be a while before you get any responses to this, Baynative. The product is not scheduled to hit the stores until early March. So unless someone here got a chance to demo it at the PGA show last month, I suspect you may have to wait a few weeks for an answer.

Bag It:

3-Wood Wishon 525 F/D, 13*, Matrix Studio 65gm, Golf Pride Dual Compound
Hybrid: Wishon "321", 24*, MSF 85 HB, Winn DSI
Irons: Wishon 770CFE, Matrix Studio 74gm, Winn DSI

Putter: Odyssey DFX 2-Ball

Bag: Some big, honkin', ridiculous overkill of an Ogio cart bag with more pockets than I have teeth.

Some people are talking about it on the Golf Channel discussion board and I was wondering if it's out or if they saw it at shows. Comments are positive.

Seems like a gimmick to me. Through your entire swing you're changing the direction of the axis, which is going to cause your club to twist. Ok, so you rotate the club through your swing, but not like a spinning axis would cause you to do. I highly doubt whatever physics algorithm the twist of a spinning axis conforms to precisely mimmicks the spin and twist of a golf club when being swung correctly.

I suspect they have it spinning fast enough that you feel resistance, but not fast enough to have you realize it's screwing you up. It looks like it has some good reviews, but I take every review with a grain of salt. Everyone is an expert on the internet, but I rarely see any at a course or range...

Anyone try this thing out now that its over a year later?

Hi

Yes I have it for about 6 month. I only try it /use it a few times (one or twice per month). It's definetly good product and from my point of view is perfect for all "2 plane swingers" and/or with cross over release. Working for ither type od releases too but it's not so pronounced. Basicly you feel yours forearms rotating on proper plane/way. Ant that's a very good, even new for someones, feeling. Recommended, but try a few times first ! regards,

    • First going to spain for a long weekend in March probably going to play La Quinta, Los Arqueros and Fina Cortesin, and first week in May will compete in the Crawsnest Tassie at Carnoustie golf links, that will be a full week of golf golf golf and more golf. Did play it last year for the first time and it is awesome.

    • Day 47: simulator day! Played St. Andrew’s and shot a +1. Not bad, especially with having to putt at this simulator set up. Had about 5 minutes at the end to work on some feels as well.
    • I think you're saying it's preposterous to think that the areas on this club are anything like what's shown here: 30mm toward the toe or heel loses only 5% distance? Highly, highly doubtful. So a guy who hits the ball there and normally hits the ball about 250… will hit it instead about 238. By missing the sweet spot by about 1.2 inches? Highly, highly doubtful. Heck, the high heel barely gets into the red, and orange is only "up to" 10%! @M2R, I've never heard of "Ask Golf Nut" but I'm dubious of his claims in the video and really, really dubious of what's on his site: "Why AskGolfNut Is the Most Trusted Data-Driven Golf Resource". Hmmmmmm.
