I couldn't find it on the internet either.

It is a laminated maple club.

The following is pure guess, but should be close.

Estimated date late 1960s-early 1970s

It looks like department store/sporting goods line as opposed to a pro shop line-Wilson made both

Although you may see some on ebay or elsewhere priced higher, it is worth around $3-6.
