I'm going to have "semi-pro" match with my friend thus "comform-driver" is needed.

Decided to check on usga list since mine driver is gold(non-conforming), but turn out the model Kamui Pro TP-07s is now conform (with silver head colored) on October 1st. Can I consider mine save to play in this match? Really needed some gurus advice.

Thank you

A little unclear to what you’re asking. If your model is non-conforming then you shouldn’t play it. Not sure what you mean by ‘Semi-Pro’ but as far as the general rules of golf go you shouldn’t play a non-conforming club in any match.

"Semi-pro" basically a "friend made up cup" which we had decided to use "pro rule" to spice thing up a bit.

About driver model is that I can't find my "non-conforming" model in official shop any more which leads me to think that there may be a possibility of mine to be exactly the same with conforming one (TP-07s), but due to some change in PT measurements/results, which I might not know of, allowing my "non" to be "conforming" one.

Thanks for replying. Guess its time to bring back my old driver and start shaping up my swing again. (Non-conforming really "fixed" my swing to the point that I can't use other drivers anymore....)

Well I doubt a driver really did that unless you’re speaking of pure distance. Give yourself credit and know that if you hit that driver well you should be fine with a driver that you know is legal.

What is 'pro rule'? The rules are the same for amateurs and pros.

I’m sure he means ‘follow’ rules rather than the norm of foot wedges and 3’ gimmies.
