I wanna buy a Scotty cameron Fastback golf putter,So I searched on the Dicks website and accidentally found that they launched the new 2019 Fastback 2 putter, but I don't know what advantage it has over the 2018 Fastback putter. What kind of improvement they did, I am hesitating which version I should order. What advice do you have?

Hello and welcome to TST. So I assume you’re thinking of buying before trying? Have you tried any of them? I’m only asking because knowing the advantages for you is pretty difficult. Any improvements on one putter may have zero or even negative effects based on your putting method. If you’re not in a rush ( I know, hard when it comes to new clubs) I’d certainly want to try them each out and even better get a fitting before shelling out that kind of coin. Cheers.

What Vinsk posted. Never buy befote you try, and get a putter fitting.

I might also add that unless you are totally locked into buying a SC Fastback, do your self a favor and try another brand of club. You just might find another brand that suits your needs, and save several green fees $$$$ in the process.

A higher priced club is not always the best option to save strokes for the golfer.

A whole bunch of Tour Edge golf stuff......
