Day 113: did a stack session. Did some slow swings during rest breaks.

Day 11 (19 Mar 26) - Easy session focused on takeaway - used the stand bag to force more straight back as opposed to back around. Wrapped up with some bump and run low running pitches using 4i. -

Day 87 - 2026-03-19 18 holes in 95 - 102 deg. Usually walk but glad I was in a cart. -
Day 534 - 2026-03-19 Mini-big day before a Very-big day. Had a little break between a GEARS session (eh?) and a HS golfer from OH! So, got some swings in working with headphones in.

Day 214 3-19 Flow drill and arm reconnecting on downswing. Also focusing on arching wrist, I can tell a big difference on camera, when I dont focus on it.
