    165 yard par 3 18th hole. Very downhill so it plays about 135ish. Trees straight ahead of you up until about 30 yards before the green. Took out a 9 iron and pitched it about 5 yards before the green, it rolled down the bank and went to about 10 ft, putt almost dropped but it went about an inch past to the right, knocked it in for par.

    I would choose the Wilson set out of them. Definately looks better deal. But surely you can get better than that for $400?

    The thread title is the question. Since I've been finding a lot of problems are coming on the short game area of my game, I have been starting to practise chipping every night for an hour, and sometimes when there's nothing else to do in the day I will go out and practise chipping.

    1. Two practice swings next to the ball. 2. Spin the club in my hand. 3. Waggle the club. 4. Hit the ball. Simple, and I do it the same every time.

    I loved it, it's definately a great album. I love #2, Dead! Great song. They can be classed as emo if you like but I still like them.

    Tiger was just awesome today, once again he kicked Sabbatini's ass. I love how Sabbatini always calls out Tiger, and what I love even more how Tiger always hands it to him every time.

    I don't look at my scorecard anymore and I tell my partner not to mention anything about my round until the end, unless it's a 'you've been striking the ball well today' comment. Then I seem to play much better.

    Because then, you accidently hit an absolutely awesome straight shot, that's what I used to do. I aim left to avoid out of bounds and it goes straight, then I aim straight and it goes out of bounds.

    I love this game. I just got it a week back and can't stop playing it it's so fun. Can't wait for Guitar Hero III to come out, can you buy that seperately without a new guitar? Or do the guitars get updated each time.

    If I had done that, it would be scary to see how awful I was when I started golf.

    I overlap since it just feels so much more comfortable to me, but yes it is personal preference, one of my friends uses interlock and says that is more comfortable.

    I use 2 balls if there's no-one behind me and I've just hit a bad shot. I dont literally play 2 balls for the whole round.

    Hey all. I just came back from winning my first ever golf competition. I won by one stroke. It feels so good, and I hope my handicap should get cut a bit now. I play 6 under my handicap. Can any of you guys remember your first competition wins and how you felt?

    Hey all. I was wondering, what are the main advantages of graphite irons? I mean they cost more, so they must have some advantage. Yet I feel that I hit steel shafted irons much better and further, I feel I can't get enough power in graphite irons. Almost everyone I see have steel shafted irons apart from the weak players.     I'm in, I played a round in about 2 hours 30 minutes yesterday and that's because I had no-one slow in front. Usually I would take 3 hours 30 minutes because of people in front.

    I understand why you think this, I used to think that was true for me too, but now I've changed my swing a lot, it makes it a lot easier for me to hit it from the fairway than the rough.

    If I was you I'd either hit the 5 wood and just go for a chip on, or take an easy driver and try and put that one. Or perhaps purchase a 3 wood?

    I also only like to play alone if there's nobody in front and I can get round quicker. I'd rather be left waiting but with a partner than left waiting alone.

    I have 1 wedge atm, a 54 degree. I am looking around to see if I can get a 60 degree for close chipping.

    Oh my god JKillgore that must have been the worst thing ever. The only real bad breaks I've had are ripping drives and they land in a divot or hitting a perfect shot and it hits the smallest possible branch and cannons out of bounds, real annoying stuff.
