I just got a call from my coach, he said some lame college contacted him but at least it's a college! He also told me that I would be team captain again. Being a captain in my first year of playing on the team was probably the best accomplishment in golf for me so far.

Well, I got regular lessons (every other week), but now I only take actual lessons when I need help. I usually go out and play with my coach as friends so he really isn't teaching me much. He'll have his little comments here and there and I'm getting to the point where I can help him a bit, ****er needs to get off of that back foot earlier. Mostly, when I do go for help, we play games and shit. It's really just an intelligent friend that I pay to chill with.

I once had to jump into a hazard to grab a partner's ball for him. Didn't get a drop of water in them. They're great.

Like, a lot of swings have little things about them that make them really unique. Annika's followthrough, Phil's body sway, Sergio's laid off position at the start of the downswing. So, there are a lot of unique swings. Nothing crazy like Furyk's or Jim Thorpe's spasms that equate to a followthrough, but unique.

Try and feed off of his energy. If he's having a good day, you'll be able to do it and you'll play a lot better. That's what always happens to me when I play with someone good.

It's a movable obstruction. Pull that thing out (hope nothing gross has been in there) and drop as near to the point it came to rest. Angel Cabrera and I both had a similar experience in a tournament. There was a tissue on my ball. That was enough to make me just want to leave the ball.

0 bounce? They make those? I'm really good out of the sand and I wouldn't go near the sand with anything less than 14 degrees of bounce. You really have to hit shots using the bounce, which you have none of.
