wow..it amazes me the amount of people who say it's the owners fault for having a house on the course, that is the dumbest thing I've heard, but it does take all kinds I guess. It's not the owners fault that some guy hits a errant tee shot and breaks his window, as someone stated above, pages ago, maybe the OP shouldn't have been playing on a course where houses are lined in the fairways....it's one thing to hit the house, a shed or just go into a backyard, but when you know that you heard a window break from YOUR TEE SHOT, (not a ball falling from the sky) MAN the freak up and grow some and do the right thing, go tell them, or write a note and place it on their door. But my guess is this won't happen...shameful imho

South hills is 3miles from my driveway.... Also have you played Hickory Heights in your backyard over in Spring Grove? Real nice course and is beginner friendly too....

I'm sorry but IMHO Duvall sailed away along time ago... He isn't even a after thought anymore and to be honest for any golf fan that got into the sport with in the last 7-8 yrs I would bet they never even heard of David Duvall.

As the new commercial by Mr. Palmer says "swing your swing". Nothing more, nothing less..... After all I could attempt to have Bubba's or Phil's swing (as I'm a lefty) but even if I succeed in doing that... The results won't be the same

If it works then there's nothing that can be said of it IMHO... I know playing Mens Softball that our SS is a small guy but he grunts sometimes when he hits and I've noticed when he does he gets sharp low line drives up middle all the time... So I'm guessing there is something to be said about grunting!!!!!

Well, for me I play alot of 9 holes and don't even keep my score....on those occasions I will from time to time fluff a ball (never in the fairway though) but in the rough...yes I will....now when I'm out with my friends and we are competing playing 18 and I'm keeping my score I will not fluff the ball (no matter where it lies).....for me I don't always play Golf to be serious...I like to relax and just fart around from time to time..so yes I fluff

Bingo..same here..and the reverse...days where I would say my score would be in the high 90's and it was in the high 80's with the way I hit the ball (or lack there of)...there are those days I guess

I personally don't use it, (I have a dumb phone) but my Friend and Golf Partner uses it all the time and he keeps all info..distances..yardages....score the amount of putts..etc..(including mine) and he paid $29.00 a while back and he has never said anything bout ads/pop ups etc.....I love it cause he sends our score card to my email address as well...it's awesome !!!!!

total agreement you with....my Son plays Baseball and my Daughter plays Softball, it amazes me that at every game the parents that watch their phones while their child is at bat and during the entire game....then act like a duh..what happened?... People laugh at me cause I don't even own a Smartphone....still have what I call "A Dumbphone" don't need the internet or email on my phone..... It is so bad that we were the only parents at 1 of my Daughters games cause it got called because of the heat and the coach sent an email out just 1hr before the game. Me or my Wife don't have email on our phones, and the coach was like "What really you don't have email on your phone, maybe I should have called then"...the weather was beautiful so why would we have thought the game would have been called.... So much as passed us by imho with all the high tech gadgets on the market....the #1 thing I feel is actually interacting with other people face 2 face...or phone 2 phone (by calling them, not texting them, or FB them)
