  1. Looks like she is in golf heaven .
  2. My vote on the Milled . Does a great job of keeping the ball on the roll from the time it leaves the Putter face .
  3. This is a very forgiving club . Forgives all the golfing sins one makes ...... Thing is how do you hit it ...???
  4. Now you have discovered the wonders associated with a shorter shaft . You get controll . Distance may suffer a bit but no one would care less if their ball alnds always in the fairway . Try doing a 3/4 swing with your shaft lenght . Then increase the lenght gradually to half an inch and so on till you have the maximum lenght you can controll . You will now find out you has distance and controll .
  5. A good follow through can help the ball roll on alnding . Perhaps a 7.5 loft with Stiff Ozic Tour shaft can do the trick . I hit dozens of different drivers and found out there a a very slight differnce but not enough to conclude that one manufacturer has the advantage . I hit a no name brand in 9 degrees with a stiff steel shaft 310 yards as opposed to a Tour Department Burner 8.5 290 yards .
  6. The more you alot time to practice the right way you putt the greater the chances you can still improve . Also the better your short game the more likely you will land your shots closer to the pin for 1 putts . shave 5 strokes off your handi .
  7. First of all ... All long clubs are meant to be hit with Boring trajectory . You are doing fine as the lower the trajectory the less the wind will affect your shot . Now you may have changed the positioning of the ball at address . if it is more forwrd in your stance there may be a tendency to expect a high launch . While if it is positioned way back in your stance then expect a steeper flight path . Also your swing plane and follow through may have influence on how your ball launches . Try playing the ball in different positions in your stance and observe how it reacts .
  8. Perhaps their Tour iron set in Project X whatevr suits your game . These are one of the Most game inspiring irons available in the market . Try them out you wont be SAD . These were part of the last design done by Roger prior to his moving in to Callaway R&D; .
  9. We handle our finaces in a Democratic manner . What ever i earn i totally donate to the purse of by Beloved . When i want something which has Golf all written in it She does not say a thing neither is the subject ever brought up . My expences are very minimal per year( $5 G's) Her Car and Jewelry run ( $45 G's) . So there is nothing to discuss . Matter Closed .
  10. The way i see it Butch is not so keen in taking Daly under his wing . For what ever reasons i think John has to clean his act befor even thinking of rejoining the 08 PGA Tour . There are a lot of Ghost bethering him as of now that he should perhaps undergo some Exorcism to cleans his mind and get him on track . On the other hand if Butch can turn John around then it will be one of the greatest comeback for both Coach and Student .
  11. Howell is still at the negotiation stage with other club manufacturers . Tiger might opt for Blades fashioned close to his Titleist irons . So the new irons will have a slight resemblance to the Titleist T Blade or the 660 Model . Let us see if this info is correct . Stand by for the 08 season .
  12. I suggest you give the Taylormade Burner a try . If you slice a lot then the Burner draw would be to your liking .
  13. Try to see if you can purchase Rick Smith Swing Glove . This contraption helps keep your wrist straight .
  14. Best you hit a couple of balls in the range to loosen you up . When you play the course your mind and body will be in tune . Hooks are normaly a pull of the club to the left immediately after impact . Just do the normal follow through towards the target with a relaxed swing .
  15. At least you grew wiser now . Thats what matters .
  16. Par 4 course yardage was 380 and made a hole in one on a par 4 . Wind conditions were 15 miles per hour down wind . Course condition was dry . Mid summer . Course lay out was a silght dog leg play right . Did a short cut shot accross the trees lining the right hand side . I should say i drove 320 . Did not know of it untill the golf marshal drove into our group and asked who hit the drive while there were still players on the other green . My partner pointed a Judas finger on the culprit ... me ... He said the ball aside from nearly hitting all 4 players on the green also made it into the cup . It would have been just a thing of the past were it not for the Marshal who reported it to the club manager who after our round call us in for a little ceremony and some celebration on the club bar .
  17. My typical house dog would be a blend of over two dozen different dog breeds . A typical steet dog that romes a lot and comes home for dinner .
  18. My good old reliable Toyota 86 Pick-up truck with stock turbo charge 6 cylinders . It got 400,000 miles to it and still passes the California Smog test .
  19. Samuel Adams .... Great Tasting ... Lots of Kinds to choose from ...
  20. I draw a smiley using red for eyes and black for the smile . Have in numerous instances come into an argument as the other player does not back down on ownership . Specially if the lie favors his next shot . It ends when i pull out 2 dozen balls from me bag all with smileys done the same way with the contested ball . Then you hear the typical " OOOOHHHH " . That settles it unless he pulls out 3 dozen balls from his bag .
  21. Try Ebay for a three wedge system from Titleist . Vokeys have very good reviews from both amatuer and Tour players . 52.56.60 combination is just fine . Will probably cost $90 plus shipping for a 3 wedge set . Good Luck .
  22. It's....interesting, to say the least, to watch the guy swing. Especially since his ex (who he now hates) played varsity in high school and shot in the high 60's... heh, that would be quite a contrast.[/QUOTE]
  23. I know my wife will never be pregnant again . Thanks to modern medicine . Augusta will only happen once in 24 million golfers life . There would never be a dream come true for any avid golfer than to have the most remotest of a chance ( You have better chance by being hit by lightning) to smell the grass at Augusta . The place where the Godz of golf reside .
  24. Walking is good for your health . Its will make your feet feel better if you use comfortable Cross training shoes with soft rubber spikes . These gives your heel and arch the proper cushion to reduce feet stress . It also would be to your advantage if you carry your bag with less clubs . I normaly have a very light bag with 6 golf balls , 6 clubs and lots of snacks . Sometimes the snacks outweigh the irons and bag put together .
  25. Chrome or Stainless makes no difference . These are great clubs and it would contribute alot to anybodys game . I would go for the stainless as it would have the surgical stainless steel look .
