  1. I usually don't partake in trespassing.
  2. Love my Scotty Cameron Squareback! I have the heavier model, and it really helps me take the straight back/through path.
  3. I would suggest a beer but it looks like that is out of the question! Do you hit your driver well? What do you really wish you had while you are on the course? Rangefinders are great, you won't second guess that purchase if you get one.
  4. Loving the Penta's! Played 4 times this past week with them... For me they spun less off the driver than Pro V1's, just as much off of full irons, and about the same on chips/pitches. Love the feel with the putter as well
  5. Great question! I don't practice nearly as much as i play, mainly because i only get to play when i go home from college... I graduate on August 5th though, and will be moving home to start working. I plan to hit the range every day and practice much more than i play, hopefully playing around 2-3 rounds per week. It will be interesting to see how much improvement i see as a result of this, as i have never really practiced and/or been coached... I played tennis all through high school and would only pick up a golf club to play with my dad maybe once every 2-3 months. I started playing more golf when i got to college, guess i got the golf bug. I play every time i go home and have been doing so for 4 years. My best round to date is a 73 and i average between 75-87. I know that i will get to being a low single digit player within the next year because I plan to work at it. My biggest problem is eliminating the big number holes. If i could get my double and triple bogey holes down to just a bogey, I should be able to improve my game tremendously.
  6. Golfer - Ricky Fowler (Gotta love his potential) Non Golfer - Ryan Williams
  7. I am in love with my 46(PW), 50, 54, 58 set up with my wedges... My PW is a KZG, the rest are Vokeys. Also just tried the Bridgestone B330-S balls and loved them. Long and accurate. They got tore up by my grooves though, but its not a big deal for me.
  8. My bag has a cooler in it, but it gets my grips wet
  9. I think Broncos fans have completely forgotten about playing Georgia in 2005. You heard it here first, Hokies win by at least two touchdowns.
  10. How is one of the nations leaders in Passer Efficency considered aa bust?

  12. Tyrod Taylor is back, along with Ryan Williams, Darren Evans, and the entire WR unit. On defense we are replacing a few, but we won't see much of a drop off. Bud Foster has said numerous times that he thinks the upside to his 2010 unit is much higher than that of 2009. We will have a lot more speed on the field with our defense this year.
  13. Was he holding back Pryor's ability to make plays with his feet? I know VT limited Tyrod Taylor in the running game last year, but expects to open it up this year with more certainty at backup QB.
  14. I think the WR from georgia tech is a better grab for denver than dez bryant would have been.
  15. The biggest problem with Bama repeating is 6 of their SEC opponents have BYE WEEKS before they play Bama
  16. Who do yall think will take the BCS Championship this year? I've got to go with my Hokies, Ryan Williams should be a top contender for the Heisman this year!
  17. Vodka and either cranberry/grapefruit/orange juice. Beer (usually either Yuengling or Coors Light). Always throw in 2 or 3 G2 Gatorades.
  18. [QUOTE=rebby;435336] I am much more comfortable hitting a draw than a fade. That being said my intention was to hit a draw to the front of the green, but i pushed it a little bit thus coming dangerously close to the trees right which i was lucky enough to clear. I was going for the front of the green and not trying to throw a dart at the back pin location. I hit such a bad drive that it was far enough left to have tha absolute best angle to the green giving me the confidence to hit a draw even with trees right. If i am in the middle of the fairway on this hole i usually either hug the right side to the front of the green or lay up to 110 yards.
  19. 490 yard uphill par 5. It was an ugly first shot, a low snap hook that got a lucky bounce and roll. I had 226 to the pin and about 213 to clear the bunker (pic doesn't show it but there is a bunker under the hole between the end of the fairway to just right of my 2nd line), hit a high draw with a 21* hybrid over the trees to about 6 feet under the hole and drilled the putt.
  20. For me, i would say control off of the tee. I was 1 under through four the other day then lost it off the tee the next two holes and went to 3 over. If i could eliminate the big numbers, double and triple bogey, i would be much happier with my game.
  21. Didnt know CC's still charged for range balls, none of my 3 do...
  22. When i am playing a casual round with my friends and we don't have time to hit any balls before we tee off we usually take two off of the first tee if needed.
  23. I would, i'd snow blow the entire course for a chance to play it...
  24. "Mallet finger is a deformity of a finger caused when a certain tendon (the extensor tendon) is damaged. When a ball or other object strikes the tip of the finger or thumb, the force damages the thin tendon that straightens the finger. The force of the blow may even pull away a piece of bone along with the tendon. The finger or thumb is not able to be straightened. This condition is also known as baseball finger. The finger is usually painful, swollen, and bruised. The fingertip may droop noticeably. Occasionally, blood collects beneath the nail. The nail can even become detached from beneath the skin fold at the base of the nail." Google is your friend
  25. What would your father think of you now?
