I think Kent will pull it off, however, I do like the kid....that is who I am pulling for. This may be cheesy, but Kents voice make me what to MUTE the TV.

Totally agree...this is the new club I have recently purchased and am quite impressed. the sound reminds me of the Johnny Cash song slamming a slegde hammer onto a RR tie. I have BLINDLY purchased the matching 3W FL just b'cause I am so pleased w/the driver.

just traded in ( St Paddy's Day week) an '07 Ram Mega-cab for an '11 Big Horn...White gold in color. In the process of trade'n in a '78, '94, and an '05 Harley for a new one as well....can't figger out to load my clubs tho!

I do it all the time...assists in the 'rail-road' track. I seek out the broken tee, sprig of grass.etc..to assist in my line of sight. I've used cig butts on the fringe to chip over!

Yessir, that hurts!! I finally went to the the Doc last year for the same thing..he gave me a cortisone shot in the elbow and instructed to lay off for a week or so, and to get one of those straps you mentioned. I certainly lightened up my grip pressure, assuming that may have caused it and have had no problems..............with the elbow ;-)

I've found a bag of tees, they have different lengths and different colored stripes on them. The're blue markings, green and red. I ran out of the green lined tees and by gawd I can not hit the ones w/the blue lines! I have learned that the green ones are exact for my driver..however, I ran out of the green ones and have not a proto-type to measure the long blue line/striped tees! Yeah, its MENTAL!

To the OP: Seems many of us are still trying to reach the elusive sub 80 round REGULARLY!! ;-). Hang in there.

I used to play alone quite a bit, and occasionally do now. Tee of 2 balls using 2 different clubs, or on par 3's/5's, from different spots in the box. Great practice.

What did I miss?? I kinda like the SHARK hat...beats the hell out that stuff that Sabatini is sporting, no? I often wear the straw hat, al le Nick Saban bearing the NY METS band...they hate it here in Bama! Very light wt., and keeps the sun at bay very well.

Lance, I can't reply as an expert, but only from my limited and recent discovery. My swing speed is 93-95 as well, and learned that w/a stiff flex shaft on a driver I was 86-88 swing speed. Don't know if that is usual, however, I got rid of my old driver (stiff) and bought a new one w/a regular flex. Seems to be working great for me. My irons are regular shaft as well. hopefully one of the club fitter members/instructors can offer a bit of help. G'luck. EDIT: My new irons are stock Wilson-Staff Di11's and they are very good clubs. With their loft angle, my PW is the same as the former Ping G10's 9i

Greg there are many courses in the Birmingham area. I have no suggestions for you tho, sorry. Not playing for very long hasn't had me venturing out further than a 30 mile radius to play other courses. Thank you for showing your support in the relief effort.
