My driver is recking my game... I started playing golf on a 54 par 3 golf course,i always shot in the low 70's and my best was 65.. Since ive moved on to a bigger course 64 par parkland course im shooting in the mid 90's... and its mostly down to bad drives... ive seemed to straighten out my driver fade when i do hit a good one,but yesterday i topped about 5 drives what causes a topped drive?,my golf buddies say i lean back before impact,moving my spine angle further away from the ball... also any tips on more power?? im only hitting about 200/220... thanks for any tips, sorry about yet another driver thread..

Exactly my point....my swing and game in general doesnt need a high spin premium ball....there has beeen two balls mentioned that i might try,the NXT Tour and the topflight gamer...

No offence but that is what i dont want to do,my golf buddies are always fishing balls out of the ponds and there so pleased when they get a load,it bugs the hell out of me...most of them are cheap balls,others are so chaffed and marked up there best off at the bottom of that pond...

I only read the tips to find cures for my swing flaws,if im happy with my game i dont bother,too many thoughts is a disaster...

I did change my equipment a bit even when there was nothing wrong with my old ...but ive found the irons ive been searching for the rest is up to me...im really happy with my driver now,i changed my bag a lot,but have also found the perfect bag now,so im pretty happy with my kit...

I agree the swing does dictate the direction of the ball,but the ball does help distance and performance ..i dont want top of the range v1s, i dont see the point in 12 balls for £30 its a ripoff...

Ive the Taylormade R9 and it makes a good sound,not too loud "look at me over here" and not too quiet.....just right i think...

Theres so many brands it can be difficult to choose a ball.. I havent a fast swing,i use Regular shafts as adviced by my club pro. What is a good ball...?? id like to find a ball/brand and stick with it... lately its been pro v1,i use to play nike platinum,ive tried TM TP red and TM burner....??? what about titleist nxt tour???? a medium priced ball thats good distance yet a good feel around the greens...is what im after...

All clubs are straight down the middle,this little par 3 nine iron shot ,pull it every time????? i just dont get it..

Any tips on curing pulled shots...?? Im a righty and have started pulling shots staight left?? i started doing it just on the par 3 10th,dont know why but id pull it every time on that par 3,sometimes id just stay in bounds,sometimes id go out of bounds and have to re tee...i need a cure pretty quick...

I was just going to say,imagine a blade of grass 2 to 3 inches in front of the ball,hit through the ball and continue to hit the blade of grass in front of the ball as well... ^^^^good video..

If money isn't an issue,go try a few sets out and see which ones you hit the best...

Im desperately trying to stop going over the top,today was much better and straighter...the top of my back swing is short of parallel,about a 3 quarter swing,if i try and get parallel at the top i cant even hit the ball let alone get better distance..today i did a slow and low backswing at the takeaway and it seemed much better...

Were not aloud to tee up on grass,all the ranges here are on damm mats and i hate them,lol..id love to practice on grass,im sure my iron play would be much better,the mats are so hard it doesnt give you any realistic feedback...

Thats a good idea,like i said i know how high the ball has to be against the driver its just teeing it to the correct height first time...i will try that...
