I used different clubs for different chips but one thing I learn from a golf pro friend of mine is to learn which club 7-8-9 iron goes the same distance as your putter. I know my 7-iron will go the same distance as my putter will with the same stroke so I can play a bump and run to take the tall grass out of play on a 20ft chip.

Like the Title says Anyone here Own or Run their Own Company or Family Buissness? My faimly has Owned and Run our Roofing company since 1894. I was just wondering if anyone else has their own buisness. I like meeting people that own their own company and take pride in there work! I only work for the Faimly Buisness on weekends now but Im still a part of it and my Brother still runs it and my Mother is the Owner/Secretary - (Owner since my father passed away but, my brother will take over ownership soon)

Im new to buying used golf balls and think I am going to buy a bunch of different balls to test out for the spring, and my question is what are the different types? Are recycled and refurbished the same - and are these the balls where a new finish is put on. Should I just get balls that are - Used mint = barely used. I just want balls that are - Barely used -Cleaned - Put in a box!

Crosby complains and cries to the res after EVERY WHISTLE..Complains to the refs more than any other captin in the NHL and you know it... He gets away with it becuase he is Bettmans poster boy. Come on - it is a slewfoot - Crosby turned his foot 90 degrees and pushes on the back of Callys skate while he pushes him down = SLEWFOOT. Even Brian Leetch a Hockey Hall Of Famer said it was a Slewfoot and a Cheapshot, but he must not know what he's talking about.. When Crosby name comes up in the locker room at one of my games the first thing everyone says is he's such a crybaby and should stop complaining..(these are hockey fans that play hockey)

Anyone have experience with adding extensions on there putters? I have done it twice and both times my putters seemed to loose some feel.. What are your thoughts?

These balls are great, for the way they play and there price pound for pound one of the best balls on the market..If you can find them some stores are selling them with a free sleeve.....

First off yes i do play hopckey, Do you!!!! What I meant by Ovechkin is he plays hard all the time and in your face but if he crosses the line like Cindy did he gets called for it for example suspened last year for a slewfoot--Cindy slewfoots Callahan and Cally get a penalty.... And Cindy isnt talking to the refs just becuase hes captain he complains and cries every chance and im not the only one that thinks this... No follow through you must be blind watch it again!!! Its called a slewfoot - he kicks out Callahans foot clear as day...Also you gonna tell me he didnt take out Lundquists foot the other day either or the High stick in front of the ref to Giradis face..AND NO CALLS What makes it worst is he is so good he doesnt need to take cheap shots... Next your gonna tell me Cindy is a good fighter to right... There is an Ovechkin bias to but not like Cindy, Ovechkins are more like the boarderline calls go his way....But I think most of the "boarding" has to do with the whole players turning there backs nowadays...That is gonna get someone hurt! Cindy takes cheap shots on someone and then they get called for it...
