If you are refering to Rugby then yes, I play. I started playing in 3 years ago, and this will be my 4 season. I've been doing a lot a training trying to put on wieght, I've put on about 11 pounds so far, another 13 to go. I'm so pumped for the season to start up.

If your not refering to rugby, then disregard this post

Yeah it's rugby, but I only found that out after a rather disturbing google search!

I've played for about 7 years. Just finished my last year of colts this season and we won our competition so that was a plus. Unfortunately the 2 trainings a week plus working evenings another 2 days a week isn't going to bode well for my university study next year so I might be taking a more "social" approach next season.

How do you train throughout the year. For example, do you designate certain months to strength training, others to cardio, and so forth, or do you work on everything all the time?

I know I am trying to break my training into seasons. The 2 months before the phsyical season is cardio and tackling, and the off season time is mostly bulking and weight training.
