I heard that the suite was brought by Callaway saying that the ProV1 and 1x are nonconforming balls.

Callaway won a lawsuit, but Titleist lost the appeal. Titleist has to stop using the technology they stole from Callaway. I don't know if this means the end of the prov1 or Titleist has to pay callaway a fee to use the technology, but times are a changing for Titleist.

My swing thoughts:

- Negative thinking hurts more than negative swinging.
- I let my swing balance me.
- Full extension back and through to the target. - I swing under not around my body. - My club must not twist in my swing. - Keep a soft left knee

Oh for crying out loud are we still discussing this issue. Please refer to this story done by Erik that explains the entire situation.

Again read the article I referenced above. Times have already changed, where were you?

Can we please put this behind us? This is old news, all the old Pro-V's are back at Titleist and the new ones are already at all your local golf shops. Most people didn't even notice.
