It's no secret the Europeans are in a "major" slump so-to-speak. They haven't won a major championship the 1999 British Open. They won nine majors in the 90s, but they have yet to win one this decade. Here are a few questions to get your mind turning. Be sure to read Thrash Talk in the morning for more.

1. When will the Europeans break out of the major championship slump?

2. Which European golfer will be the next to win a major?

Yet, they have a clutter of players in the top of the world rankings while we only have 14 in the top 40. Their (non) performance in majors is confusing but their strength for Ryder Cup is not to be dismissed.

Bury me with a golf glove in my pocket - just in case!
