So I threw this in the bag today just for the hell of it... I use it to chip around the house and really liked the feel of it around the green (20-25ft) and in. My buddy gave me hell for using it but it is a GAMER... has anyone else used the hickory stick

I still play with a Wooden 2 wood.
It doesn't have a hickory shaft though!

why did they give you hell for using it? were they jealous?

My buddy has a Dunlop wedge with a copper groove plate. He uses it for everything around the green and we always kid with him about it. He used to have a wooden 3 Wood(he might even still use it I'm not sure though). We would kid him about that one too.

Dude, that is sweet . I caddied for a guy that had one of those. The wood had cracked in several places down near the hosel. He just couldn't let it go, so he wrapped some athletic tape around it to keep the wood in place. I'd skull everything with that club because I'd be too affraid to take divot.

Just looked and some joker is trying to sell one on eBay for $499.99
