I play the G15, and ive hit the Burner. I obviously prefer the G15. It is very forgiving on off center hits. It has a pretty large sweet spot, and sounds great too. Its an all around great club imo. The Burner just didn't do it for me…

In my Ogio bag.

Titleist 910D2 driver, Adams irons & hybrid, Callaway wedges & a Nike Method putter.

And a yellow ball.

I recently purchased the Burner 2.0 after trying most of the usual suspects, however I did not try any Ping's (I usually just do not like the look of their woods).  It came down to me being a very accurate driver of the ball and wanting something longer and lighter.  This thing just inspires confidence in my hands.  It's so light and the white club head and black face looks terrific in my opinion but that may not be everyone's cup of tea. I'm not crazy about the sound but it's not an odd sound or anything, it's a fairly standard titanium noise I think.

Before this I was playing a Taylor Made 510 which is a much smaller head and much less forgiving than the 2.0.  I've only taken this to the range a couple times since but I've noticed that this club really allows you to generate a noticeable increase in your swing speed with your normal swing.  Also maybe I'm just hitting the ball really well right now but I was hitting this thing straight with a tiny draw 90% of the time, my usual ball flight is usually straight but almost always 5-10 yards right of my intended target (slight block perhaps).

I love the driver so far.  If you like the White crown and want something really lightweight for that extra swing speed I'd go with this stick.
