I need new clubs, and these look really solid. WHAT A DEAL ALSO. Maybe? I'm not an expert on clubs or prices.

Thanks. I sent the gentleman an email. They look as though the condition is pretty solid. Hopefully still effective on the course! Divots and all.

I'd want a pic of what the club face and sole look like.  No one cares if the badges are in good shape.  At $50 you're taking a minimal risk but best to see wear on face and sole before you buy used clubs.

Well even though I was friendly and patient with the seller.. apparently she found another buyer. Although I emailed her the day it was posted on craigslist and she told me information about the clubs. [which i then replied almost instantly letting her know im very interested and ready to buy] Never heard from her again.. 4 days later.. still didnt even get a courtesy email saying the deal cannot be done.

posting has been taken down as well. bummer.. was really excited to get some Callaways.

Poor Maxfli's for me.

One reason why I do not like craigslist.

To be fair to the seller, they were patient with you.  You indicated in an above post that you were going to request additional pictures before you made up your mind.

I can tell you now that if that set of clubs appeared on my local Craigslist they'd be gone... FAST.  Somebody would be more than willing to drive over, with nothing more than the info given and pay cash on the barrel head, no additional info or pictures needed.. That's how craigslist works.  It's first come first serve.

I guess i should have just went for it without being so cautious. Damn.. a 80$+ profit lost..even though i was going to use them. Ugh.. a great chance at quality clubs gone.. didn't know what was infront of me apparently.
