Warm Up Routines (With No Driving Range Available)

I play in a league at a local 18hole muni. when I arrive I can either have 30 minutes or 5 minutes to warm up.
The course does not have a driving range, so I start by swinging my 6 & 7 iron to losen up. I thenswing my driver and use it to stretch.
With no driving range, I try to chip a little and just make some contact, Or I hit 2 shag balls into the near by woods.

Does anyone have any tips on warming up when there is no range, & no putting green?

And if you have less time than you desire!

I think what you are doing is the best thing. My home golf course has the same problem. I usually just go out and play cold, but I have realized the importance of a good warm up.  Maybe you should invest in a golf net and warm up at home before you show up.
If the net is not an option, just keep doing that.  An old golf instructor told me to hit 25 balls beforehand and to not even worry about where they are going. Just do it to warm up.  So just pretend you are hitting balls and that should be the next best thing.

It's goofy, but it does a good job of warming you up and stretching you out.

I carry a half-dozen wiffle golf balls (heavy white plastic with holes in the sides)  in the trunk of my car. If I get to a "no range" course, I will loosen up and then hit some wiffle balls with a 7i, 5i, 4W and Driver.

I get into a surprisingly smooth rhythm using these, and rarely try to "kill the ball" during warm-up.

Hopefully I can chip and putt a little with real balls before teeing off.

There's also some yellow-green limited distance balls which you can use that go about 1/3 as far as a real ball. Only problem a driver can go 70 or 80 yards with one of these.
