Hello everyone my name is Scott Kominski I am attending Asnuntuck Community College at the moment going for a degree in Information Systems. I golfed for my High school team and was the captain senior year we made the state tournament for the first time ever we would go on to finish last but that didn't really matter it was getting there that mattered to us. I am not a particularly good

golfer but with my limited schedule I still played just about every week usually 9 holes. I practice when ever I get the chance even if its just chipping around the yard or putting.  I love the game and have loved it ever since it was taught to me by my father and grandfather I couldn't imagine my life without it helps me re leave stress and brings some competition and camaraderie into my  life which I think is important for anybody.

      Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat

      Not sure this is the best thread but, if the rain holds off, today is my 1st round of the year.  Getting ready I can not find my Shot Scope.  I guess I put it away too well for the winter and thus that is may "Winter Depression".  I'm sure I put it somewhere that made sense at the time.
