I picked up a set of Nike VR pro Cavity Backs this week. They came with Project X 5.5 graphite shafts..........my favorite shaft. Golfsmith had them at $900.29 marked down to $399. I played them Tuesday & Thursday......feel is terrific and you get immediate feedback when you mishit. Launch is mid boring flight with nice landing....and if you hit it thin it still rolls almost as far as a full hit.

kinda on the fence hankering for the new G25 or the Rocketbladez, but these still catch my eye as a nice clean looking club that by all accounts just performs even if they did fly below the radar for most

I really enjoy mine and you can pick them up for less than half of the price that the G25 and Rocketbladez will run you if cost is a factor. I wrote a review on them in the equipment section and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks Canuck, the G25s have really caught my eye, but the VR Pro Cavity price keeps luring the bargain hunter in me!

I have been playing the Adams a7 for a few years and I like that not too over the top GI style, almost a tweener between a GI and players club, which I think the VR is as well. I was tempted by the not quite so OTT look of the G25 and who can't use a bit more foregiveness!

I'll check out your review
