How to Square the clubface with a weak golf grip

I am a decent golfer that shoots 75-80. My grip is ala Ben hogan with a extremely weak right hand grip.

My swing is pretty much a one plane swing so i know for a fact its not an over the top move going on but the clubface Is like a few degrees open so I hit a lot of cuts but, very few slices.
If there drill or anything that will force me to square it up and hit more draws I'd really appreciate it.
P.s. please don't suggest I change my grip
Thank in advance

Your path is causing the cuts. If the ball starts left of your target and fades back to it, the face is actually pointing left of the target at impact. The path is farther left.

Well a weaker grip often results in a club face that's aiming more left at impact.  Also players that draw the ball (ball starting right of the target and curves back) will have the face aimed right of the target, ball starts where the face is aimed and curves away from the path.
