I've been Playing Golf for: 2.5 years

My current handicap index or average score is: 9.4

My typical ball flight is: Baby-Fade

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Pull and Straight-Draw

Hi, first thing I would do is square the shoulders up at address. You currently have them aimed too far left, you're basically pre-setting the path left at address. Going to feel like your shoulders are aimed right.
