"....Woods was a couple of holes into his second round when an audience began to form. By the time he reached the tee box at No. 18 for the second time, about 60 people, including Pinehurst staffers, were crowded around the green. When he finished, the golfer handed off his glove to Bradley Chandler, a 12-year-old from Pinehurst. Bradley also wanted an autograph, but Woods turned him down.
"He said, 'Don't get greedy,'" Bradley said...."
If I was Bradley I'd pull that stick ou tof TW's butt and shove his glove in there.
I'm so sick of these overpaid ballerina's, especially Eldrick.

I've seen a few people say things equally as rude in the past few weeks at the tournaments. In most every case, well, someone crossed the line, and it was never the golfer.

That sucks. I always make time for my autograph seekers. Psshhh! Tiger needs a reality check. By the way, I'm currently in Omaha, Nebraska on business and have passed by several nice courses. Wish I brought my sticks! Also entered a raffle at a forklift distirbutor that was giving away an Ogio Exo Bag and a Ping Putter, both had a Toyota emblem on them(bag and putter grip), but that's cool since I drive a Toyota. *fingers crossed*

Sure thing, I belive it works both ways, with definite advantage of rudness from the fans. These are the 20 - 30+ yrs old eBay bastards, with bags loaded full of future auction signed merchandise. This is a 12yr kid. Eldrick is probably his idol (I hope after that he WAS his idol).

So he has a Nike glove. Great. W/o signature - who's going to belive him. You gotta understand Eldrick. He's more money that he ever can spend, top (almost) of the world in golf, hottest P.O.A. as wife... I see clearly now. If he'd sign a glove for a 12yrs kid his carreer would be ruined.

Me too. Most of the time it's my ex, and the place to sign is on a check though.

Good luck with your Toyota raffle. btw - don't the courses have some rent clubs u could take for a spin? I heard there are some beautiful courses out there... can't waste any opportunity. "A day w/o golf is a day well... wasted"
