The shaft code, apparently, refers to a private university in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.  Other than that...the XP95 is available in both tapered and parallel expressions.  You would have to pull a head to see exactly what's what.  A parallel shaft will have a tip diameter of .370 and a tapered shaft will have a tip diameter of .355.  STR may mean stepless regular...or stepped regular.  Does the shaft, in question, have steps?

In der bag:
Cleveland Hi-Bore driver, Maltby 5 wood, Maltby hybrid, Maltby irons and wedges (23 to 50) Vokey 59/07, Cleveland Niblick (LH-42), and a Maltby mallet putter.                                                                                                                                                 "When the going gets tough...it's tough to get going."

Go to golf Works.com >  Services > Clubmaking help & info > OEM Shaft Replacement Guide. It will give you the the OEM shaft for all the major manufacturers clubs. If an iron shaft shows .370 its a straight shaft; If it's .355, it's a tpe shaft

does anyone know whether the shaft is taper tip or parallel tip (UCP XP95 STR ) Callaway Rogue Irons

That doesn't necessarily mean the shafts in them are parallel tip, as someone could have installed taper tip shafts in them with shims.
