My typical ball flight is: 260 - 280 yards (driver)
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Hook/slice/overall inconsistency

You're going to need to get video from a better angle.  Please go back to the main Member Swings page, and click on Reveal Hidden Content.  Under item 4, you'll find this link:

Essentially, you need to find a way to set your camera at around waist height.

Couple of things. First, "Typical ball flight" means the typical shot shape you hit, draw, fade, straight, high, low, etc. 

Second, the camera angle is not good. Read this and try to get better camera angles

Thanks for the tips. I'll work on recording some better videos and get a better understanding of the types of shots that I am hitting and what my most common mishit is.
