Reading greens on hilly courses.

Another issue I have found with greens with lots of hills/valleys, it that it is quite common for longer putts to have more than one break. 

The golfer could be reading from in back of their ball, see the initial break, think that's it, and putts. Once ball travels through the initial break, another break may take over. This leaves the the golfer scratching their head, and having a "wth" moment.

This is one of reasons it is always a good idea to read the green from behind the hole too.

I walk around the back of the hole 360° to check out just that. I do it fast and I do it while others are lining up their putts or between putts.  I don't recommend this for slower golfers or Bryson Dechambeau.
